Log into your MyO2 and go to the last tab which is called “More”
Then choose “Contact/Choices” and change your preferences in there for what and how you want to be contacted.

@Marjo@Martin-O2Yet again a change to website without being told. Initially a very easy one step process to opt out of marketing preferences. Now we have to do it via the route shown above, which takes a lot longer.
Not happy we weren't informed.
