I have now had no coverage in my area for 109 consecutive days. Why won't o2 fix the problem, and why do I have to chase response and request reimbursement for lack of service. Only to be told I should be happy to have a contract from o2 and I should just use WiFi calling which for some reason does not lways work

Hi @Me16

Welcome to the o2 Community Forum

Regrettably network issues are prolonged due to many reasons not least supply of parts.

All I can suggest here is check this:

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Best wishes TallTrees

I have tried both of those options. The status checker just tells me that the mast is the problem and they are working to fix it. And have been for at leats 100 days. Check back in 1-2 weeks and get the same reply. Not a great customer service story. Will be happy going forward when I can leave the poor contract and go with a competitor

Sounds fairly major. We had a combined O2 / Vodafone site out of action for 3 months due to the landowner denying access.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
