Phone won’t make or receive calls

I have just gotten a new phone today. Everything is working fine apart from the fact that I can’t make or receive phone calls. I have tried to reset network settings, and also trying the SIM card again and still not getting anything. Can anyone help???

There is a network issue currently so no one can make calls.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
