Payments on my PHONE that are NOT MINE!!!!

Two SATURDAYS AGO I travelled on a very train to London!! While I was on the train NAKED Ladies appeared on my Phone so I switched it OFF!! Later when I was Travelling back ...A bill came up on MY PHONE for stuff i have never had from Supposedly from MICROSOFT!! This Bill was for £240 !!! I never go over my monthly limit at any time!!! On the MONDAY I went to our nearest O2 shop to sort it out !!! I sat there for 2 hours they said they couldn't do anything which I do believe!! I have spent an hour on- line NO RESULT!!  1.5 hours on the Phone...No Result!! And numerous time on my mobile its self!! I have phoned Microsoft and they say I have ABSOLUTELY NOT BOUGHT ANYTHING NEW AT ALL!!! All it seems they can do is text me on my phone asking me for my EMAIL....agian and again which they KNOW perfectly well when they want to sell me something!! I am at MY WITS END!! I am 78!! Disabled and have a hubby with parkinsons! Cross CROSS of Melksham and UPSET!!

Who does it say on your bill is billing you?

Still cheaper than marriage lol. O2 should be able to investigate, or at the very most dispute the charge. War it one charge it lots of small ones

@AnonymousDo you use your phone to access Facebook or any other site?. You may have inadvertently clicked on a link or something? Have you sent any MMS (multimedia messages or pictures?)

You account in My O2 should show what the charges are for..http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

It may not be O2's fault, but considering the age of the OP, you'd think that O2 would be a little more sympathetic in trying to help, both in store and over the phone.
