I paid my bill on 2nd October in full through the app, it is still say it is unpaid and I have now been disconnected but the money has left my bank account. I am going round in circles trying to sort out, very frustrating can anyone help?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I feel your pain as I have tried every avenue these chat bots keep posting on here.  I intend to go down the formal route:
