Oneplus 2 not receiving 4G/LTE

Hello my oneplus 2 seems to be constantly stuck on H. I have checked the 4g coverage for my area and it seems strong.

Yes, it should do so I suggest you call cs and ask them to enable 4g on your account.
Some users, esp if you have just changed tariff's, have it missed off.

Can your phone receive 4g on Band 20 which is the o2 4g band?

NB, o2 also uses Band 3 (1800) in some areas but not all.

If you have a 4G tariff (most are these days) then it certainly sounds as though it needs to be enabled on your account. You need to call preferably rather than use live chat.
