O2 login page broken

Dear sir or madam,

When I try to login to O2.co.uk website via my mobile phone it asks me for my mobile number. I enter the mobile number and get a code sent to me. After using the code the website just redirects me to the login page again. I tried clicking the My O2 link again, but I still can’t see my account.

This service is useless and the fact that you (the company) allow this to happen and not test your own website is beyond adequate.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
