After being lied to in the app chat and over the phone, multiple times, obviously to get commission, I was told id be given some credit. £50. Absolutely nothing.
No credit ever appeared. I emailed. Was told "I don't deserve the credit" they have "the power" to cut me off and leave me without my phone during this pandemic. Lots of unbelievable tripe.
The girl said ill put 10 in but you don't deserve 50.
I email the complaints email about the person that id been dealing with.
She is the one who responds! Saying I won't get to speak to anyone above her!
She forgot to change the heading from whoever forwarded her my complaint.
They're all clearly at it and looking out for each other while screwing people over and stopping their bosses finding out.
Absolut joke of a company. Scammers and liars.
