I think that supports my theory that the complaints we see here are very few in relation to the size of O2, 0.04 per 1000 customers can't be bad for any company.
Even the worst companies aren't that bad.

But how many complain on this forum and to O2 ?
Those figures only relate to complaints directly to OFCOM because if any company whatever the size only gets a total of 0.004% complaints then they are in the perfect world.
Even 3 has only clocked up 0.015%.

Very true, but I think the only figures we're likely to ever see are the Ofcom ones, so nothing else to go on really, apart from the number of forum complaints compared to the overall number of customers, to me also seems very small.

I think O2 should cough up their individual complaint statistics. Would make for an entertaining read tongue

The complaints department would even less if customer service did there home work and listen to the customers

And also include complaints that were rejected.

Exactly! I wonder how they've categorised what constituted a complaint and what is (being black and white here) a CS issue.
Not read the figures yet but of interest would be the number of complaints successfully upheld by ofcom and type across all mobile companies.

Im shocked the number of complaints aginst o2 is not higher. We have #### CS staff with three and Im glad to say over the last 5 years Ive been with them Ive only had to contact them abut 5 times so roughly once a year.
On the other hand we have #### 3G coverage with o2 very much so in NI and at time I go from 3G to Edge to GPRS on bank hoildays etc the network just fails, no wondering Im moving my blackberry from 02 to three. So if I look at service over all I dont see them apart!

i totaly agree with SOLO12002 minus the #######. cs are shocking maybe they need some home work or extra training. coz with my experience with them it shows the lack of both. PS why has he been moderated is it because of the ##### (foul language) or because he has criticise Cs 😮 ??????
