Just rang o2 for insurance for iPhone Xs max after speaking to 4 people over 40 minutes to get insurance was cut off as I gave my mobile number to the lady it wasn’t even the right person to speak to ... just rang back was on phone 5 minutes and it’s all done I hope 🤞 your not going to get customers Or new ones if your staff don’t know what there doing that’s 40 minutes of my life I’m never getting back 🙄

@Rob8958That's unusual I must say. When you ring customer services and mention O2 insurance, they usually know what dept to put you through to.

Still, I'm glad you got it sorted in the end....

@Rob8958 The first mistake you made was taking insurance through O2. Many home insurance policies cover phones these days, or Apple have their own insurance for iPhones, which is probably much better. You only have to do a search of the forum to see the problems people have had with O2 Insurance. Too late for you this year now.:smileysad:

Damage only just got it for the screen really . But you live and Learn but it was cheaper than protect my bubble £9

There's a 14 day statutory cooling off period if you find a better deal elsewhere.

As long as it pays for a glass back or a screen if I ever need it but hopefully I never do ( I’m very careful with my phones ocd )
I never let the wife touch it she can break phones by looking at them 😬😳
