What an amazing fella.. I got really panicking about a change I received from making an international call and so contacted the O2 chat. After a few failed chats and windows randomly closing I got through to Michael. He was lovely and very understanding about my situation. He helped me sort out a payment plan and made me feel so much Better!!
I tried to fill out the survey at the end of the chat but unfortunately it closed before I could finish it.
Michael is a credit to O2!! Thanks so much for all your help slight_smile
