O2....can you PLEASE tell us what’s going on with the network! Unable to make or receive calls. Clearly an issue for thousands of others also. An update is the least we can expect surel. Can I expect a rebate for lack of service??

I'm sure we'll get an update once the engineers have investigated the problem.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
