That's expensive even over 4 years. You can terminate the airtime after 2 years, so there is escape from O2 half way thro

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Who in their right mind takes out a contract over 4 years?

OK you can make extra payments if you wish but it's over £100 dearer than going direct to Samsung (who also offer 4 years to pay) and you get a much better trade in price than using O2 recycle

Then get any sim only contract from USwitch or stay on your current tariff

Buying from O2 only makes sense if you want Switch Up

4 years is a damn long time. People who want the 'latest and greatest' (not me) will find themselves with a phone which went out of vogue 3 years ago.

Samsung are offering a free Galaxy watch to folks who buy direct.

Should we expect lots of queries from those customers who are struggling to set it up ?

Depends if the O2 network plays nicely

To be fair we only get the odd post for Galaxy watches and instore usually sort them out (allegedly 😉)

Unlike the incompatability to the Apple watch

Yes @jonsie, the Apple watch situation is bizarre. 😁
