O2!!! Your customer service is absolutely unacceptable! I am trying to get through to your call center - 3 days no one is picking up! 

 

Yesterday 60 minutes, today already 60 mites, day before yesterday 90 minutes!!! What a joke! No information about delays whatsoever! How disrespectful!  Vodafone, they offer call backs or inform of delays - no issue - you treat people like that?

 

That is so disrespectful!! Not sure if I want to join your network! This is the worse I have ever experienced!

@aaanjoo This is not O2. This is a customer community.

The customer service number is 0344 8090222 from any phone or 4445 from an O2 mobile.

yes I tried 0344 8090222. In my 4th call, got hold of an agent in around 30 mins wait. Upon a simple question, he asked me to hold  and he never came back and the line was dropped in 54 mins. Very bad service , I must say .

 

It seems the call center is somewhere out of the UK
