O2 Surprises

Hi all, is there a problem with the O2 surprises website, been trying to get in to enter code for over an hour and nothing happening.

Thanks for reply, tried your link but still no joy, this is only site I have problem with so I know its not an internet connection or PC problem.

try to use another application, e.g. mozilla firefox, google chrome, etc? should help.

I have been trying for over 2 hours to enter my code with no luck

There don't seem to be many posts about problems, so it may be a problem at your end. When you say you can't enter your code. Do you mean that when you click on the box and press the first digit, nothing happens? If so that would indicate a problem at your end.

Or do you mean you can type your code in but you get an error message?
