O2 Select

Hi all,

I have had to make a few calls to o2 customer services recently, when calling the standard C/S number, I was told that I am an O2 select customer and that I need to be transferred through to the O2 select C/S people.
When I try to phone the direct O2 select C/S number I get a message telling me that I am an O2 online customer and that I need to call that number!

I am a little confused as to what is going on!
Also I bought my contract (and Phone) in an O2 retail store, connecting to a retail tariff and upgraded at the end of my contract in a retail store on a retail tariff! This has confused me a little as I'm told I'm on an online tariff!

All help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Alex

o2 has recently introduced a new service called the Priority Club.
This means Select no longer exists!!
The tier is now Silver, Gold and Platinum customers.
You can find more info on this here:
http://www.o2blueroom.co.uk/priorityclub/

It maybe that you called during this transition and the advisors were slightly confused!!

Don't know what the difference is really and I doubt the benefits are of any use to me in northern ireland anyway..... :womanindifferent:
