i sent my device and sim card back in 14 days period, way over a month ago and my account is yet to be closed. and i've yet to be refunded for the money thyey have taken off. Everytime i call up they say they are cancelling the account and my money will be refunded and i wait and nothing changes. It feels like they're taking the mick. very very awful company never again.

This is not O2. This is a customer community and we can't help you with this issue except to advise you to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217, if you haven't done so already.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
