I have just had my pay monthly contact migrated to payg and keeping my original number. I topped up the payg SIM card before it all went through. Now the migration is complete and my phone numbers have disappeared off my 02 account, and my credit seems to have disappeared as I can’t make calls or connect to the internet without Wi-Fi.

Can anyone tell me if this is a common thing to happen and it will appear back on my account?

I have tried to add the number back to the account but it won’t let me. I can only see my existing pay monthly for my iPad.
