My son is being bullied via texts and phone calls, can I change his number even though it's a pay monthly contract

Yes just call customer service and they will change the number for you. You don't need to change sim and the first number change is free of charge.

I hate reading posts like that. Sorry to hear your son is having problems. As difficult as it might be, when you do get his number changed, make sure he's more selective about who he gives his new number to.

This same thing happened to my grandson. Not only did we change his phone number, we reported the bullying to the school and threatened to involve the police if the school refused to take action.

It was sorted but a very long distressing time for him and us. I know how you must feel...Best of luck with this slight_frown
