We moved house to our current location and have never had a decent signal, I've reported it many times and just told there's an issue with a mast near you, for 2 years!!??

This coverage checker says I should have a good 4G but if you look at the top I've hardly got an 'E' signal.

Enough is enough o2, please sort this out and bring me out of the dark ages.

This is not O2 but a community of customers.

There are lots of reasons a coverage checker can say good when the reverse is true.

Surely sometime in 2 years you were in a position to move networks.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@RobK There's absolutely no point in staying with O2 if you haven't had coverage for as long as you say you have. Get Pay & Go sims from the other networks. Find out which one gives you the best signal and change providers.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Do yourself a favour and find another network which gives you coverage

It is highly unlikely that O2 will improve things after some two years
