Solved: New handset

I have just had my new handset delivered this morning and it does not have the plastic screen cover which every new product has. Is this ok or they sent me used one?

Did your new handset come in the manufacturers box or a plain / o2 box?

If manufacturers then new, if plain / o2 then refurbished handset.

Which handset has been delivered.

Not having the screen shield does not indicate a refurb.

If your concerned then tel O2 and they will be able to confirm the status of the handset.

Everyone I've had has had one but it's conceivable some don't or it has been missed off.
