I know anything can come across problems and faults, I do not watch television so i did not know about the problems that was occurring until i found out no one could get a hold of me, My father is unwell and i help care for him and i missed a very important call from my spinal surgeon who was offering me a appointment for pain injections, Now i may have to wait another two to three months for another appointment, two to three months of more pain, My mobile is my way of contact 24/7 as it is for many others, I never ask for anything but i do think some sort of compensation should be offered.
It also seems this is the only way i can get in touch.
