Network Upgrade poor coverage in south Shropshire

I note with great interest how O2 management have made a big thing in the local papers about improving coverage in the Shropshire area in particular southShropshire.#

Given that 02 and Vodafone are carrying out a joint upgrade programme I have noticed that a recent application by cornerstone for a new site location is only in the Vodafone name. o2 have very poor coverage in the part of Shropshire coverd by the upgrade. I would be most interested to hear why 02 on making loud noises about upgrading Shropshire then doing nothing in practice in fact I get the impression that as far as Shropshire is concerned no more up grading is planned.

You should also remove private contact details from the site as it is against the forum T&C's
Cornerstone is a joint venture so any mast would be shared between Voda and o2 to provide coverage for both networks.

@Anonymous If the upgrade is in progress then there is a chance coverage and quality will be variable whilst they replace / upgrade the equipment.
