Absolutely fed up of this network, its been like this well over a year. I am paying nearly £70 per month. iPhone 12 Pro Max.

The 4G/5G network is horrendous, worse when in busy areas, big cities etc. I was at a Rugby match in Leeds, no internet whatsoever.  I live in WF1, signal here is shocking.

My mate was next to me, he is on Vodafone, no issues.

Something needs to be done.

Sometimes, switching to 3G (or 2G/3G on some Android versions) helps immensely, @Dazza75.

Meanwhile, Community Guidance is all in the link just below, sometimes logging the fault where you are, which only takes a minute, online or with the O2 app, can get better results than launching a broadside on a Community (note, not O2!) Forum.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Also check out your new carrier with a PAYG SIM before hopping from O2 to the new carrier.

Good luck, @Dazza75
