Hi I renewed my contract on 31st Jan. I've always had NHS discount and its been easy to apply whether in store or advised to sort it out at home. However 02 open is not easy. First you have to obtain a 5 character company code, it explains you can easily obtain this from HR. My HR had no idea what the company code was, neither did payroll or communications team. I called 202, after an hour and 20 minutes they found a code and im now registered as a southwest paramedic!!! It didnt stop there i then had to scan and send payslip and give my NI number. I finally had a text to say the discount had been applied to my account. In total it took me 4 hours to get the the point of sending my payslip. Good luck!! as it was only sheer determination to get the discount which stopped me giving up.
