On my 10th day since I returned the upgrade as change of mind I'm still waiting for this to be removed off my account I use live chat and told the same crap every time we haven't received the phone back, they have received it back as I checked the tracking via royal mail, I gave them the tracking number and they still don't acknowledge it I'm fed up of O2 and will be glad to cancel my contract soon as the phones off my account

Hi, I'm having exactly the same issue! Phone returned on 23 December (I refused delivery as advised by O2). Ive made numerous calls to O2 about this & being fobbed off every time. I've logged a complaint with O2. I'm beyond frustrated with them. I'm just about to phone again to see what the situation is. All I want to do is cancel (I'm within my 14 days cooling off period - been trying to cancel since 23 December).

Complaints are taking around 8 weeks at present
