Hi.

Is there any way of tracking where my data allowance has gone.

I went onto to ebay to browse and all of a sudden 2G had been wiped off my balance.

The same thing happened a couple of days ago and i thought it must have been me.

But i cant see how i can use 2G in half an hour just browsing.

Dave

Hi @Anonymous Are you able to check your usage via your device? Thats usually the best indication. It does seem an excessive amount if that isn't the norm for you.

If you are disputing you have used this amount then you need to speak to customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hi there,

Call customer service on 4445 (payg) or 202 (contract) and ask them to look into it.

It seems like a heck of a lot of data to use just browsing.

Just one thought, whatever device you're using, could it have been updating in the background? Just a thought.

Charlie.

Thanks Cleoriff / Gindygoo

Looks like it's the dreaded customer services for me then.
