I'd be grateful for any help. Until April 2023, I was with Virgin Mobile. I had one account with two numbers on it. At the transfer chat I was told no problem creating one MyO2 account with the two numbers so I went ahead. It didn't happen. So, now I have one MyO2 account with one number and no account for the second number though bills are being charged to the same direct debit, and I'm not receiving any bills for the second phone. I tried the Facebook support team. They said they can't fix it.

You will need to setup another myo2 account for the other number, as temporarily you cant have multiple numbers on once account.
Unfortunately no one can fix it at this point in time.

I would like to say a nice 'thank you' for being polite and using your good manners when asking for help on O2C ... ... ... the highly IT knowledgeable 'volunteers' don't always get treated this way by some other people asking for help.
Just to say I consider myself a Permanent IT Novice ... & ... have had endless help given unstintingly by these talented people.
