Live chat doesn't work!

As title....i've tried 3 times today so far....you can still your name, number ect ect in, but when you're about to be connected in the box....nothing happens, it's blank

Has anyone else noticed this

Not when ive used them.

Prhaps the forum could help.

Given some of the horror stories about Live Chat, it may well be a blessing.

However have you tried a different web browser? Or clearing cache/cookies for o2.co.uk. You could also try disabling your ad blocker if you use one as sometimes that can cause issues
