I've pre-ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max handset on the second day that pre-orders were taken. I am planning changing my phone via O2 Switch Up but have been told that I will not receive my handset until 15th November (which isn't too much of an issue).

My brother however, ordered his new iPhone 15 Pro Max on the same day as me yet he received his handset last Friday on release day.

I'm just curious why there is such disparity on purchasing an handset online in comparison to in a store.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Stevomac1986

Maybe he was lucky

You could ask a store near you though

Chase up with o2 social media leave a message

send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

Unfortunately it isn't just one person running through the orders in terms of date and time ordered

The spreadsheets will be split up across various staff at various distribution points across the UK with each team member having limited units to supply and each will start at the top of their list.

Obviously they run out of units to supply so they then transfer those waiting to a pending spreadsheet

From there it's a lucky dip as to as to when orders are fulfilled
