Hiya,
I am about to upgrade in 6 weeks time and was wondering if as with some other companies, you are required to be paying by DD to be considered for an upgrade?
I am currently paying by card each month, would it be possible to upgrade?
Cheers guys

@topcat1600 Just wondering why you wouldn't want to pay by Direct Debit instead of having to remember to pay your bill, which is probably the same amount every month, at the same time every month? Do you pay your other utility bills (gas/electric) by card or by Direct Debit?
Edit: Perhaps it would be best for you to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Whether it is essential I'm not sure, but by going on posts here from people who pay by card and then have problems, I would say DD is the way to go

You can upgrade if you pay by card, but either the Online Store or a shop, will inisist on a Direct Debit to be setup..
