Outrageous news regarding o2 stopping the International Favourites add on.
Currently we pay £10 per month to call 3 overseas numbers and it allows 3000 minutes. It is an excellent deal. I never use all those minutes but use it every day to call my mom.
Now they are discounting this service and we revert to paying 5p/minute. If you used 3000 minutes at that rate out would cost you£150!!
This is enough to make me considering leaving o2. How can they treat their customers like this???

Mentioned here already https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Alert-on-phishing-message/td-p/1079128 but just another bonus of being with o2 that's ending, making many of us question the point of staying anymore.

Skype has some great prices for calling landlines but as o2 reception is so poor in central London you get continuously cut off with the calls dropping and all the while using data.
I don't know what has happened to o2! Not the same company I joined around 2005!

Just checked that Vodafone offers 500 international minutes to 100 countries for £7.50!
Time to think about end old contract switch if o2 doesn't care to keep us.
