I took out an insurance policy with o2 over my upgrade phone (Samsung Pixon) the lady I spoke to told me there was a £6 one, a £7.50 one and then a £10. After looking on o2's website I cant see a £10 a month policy advertised. Can anybody shed any light on this for me? Thanks!

The only £10 pm insurance I can see is for the iPhone:

But the Policy PDF shows 2 levels of Insure Premier premiums (£7.50 & £10.00)

They don't exactly make it clear :mansurprised:

I would guess that £10 is for business customers, £7.50 for personal customers and it also happens to be £10 for iPhone cover.

Ahhhh that sounds about right. Do o2 send any confirmation of the policy through the post or anything (like with car insurance) or is it just sorted then you ring them up when you need them? As I havent heard anything else from them since monday evening.

You shouls get a welcome letter and a policy booklet just bigger thn a cd case and an a4 keyfacts leaflet. well We did with out 3 different iphone insurances.

Over a week since I ordered the insurance and ive still heard nothing by post, email or phone. Is this usual?

ours took approx 2 weeks just check you bill to see they are taking the money if not ring c/s and get it added from the day you asked it to be applied.
