I know a customer who is going to commit insurance fraud, he sold his new Samsung S20 Note to CeX and he said to me he is going to report it lost/stolen then claim a new one on the insurance. I think that's out of order so I want you to stop it happening.

He isn’t very clever if he thinks he’ll get away with it.
CEX are wise to this type of scam and will go after him to recover the money they paid out.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They certainly will. They check every phone and if it's barred (which it will be after reporting lost and stolen) he will find himself in a world of trouble. Good job!!
