Incorrect Billing

I am new to O2 having been sold in by Virgin.  My bill has a charge for £1.79 but O2 are billing me £1.80?
It’s ‘just’ a penny, but it is not correct.  Trying to get hold of O2 is impossible by phone and ‘chat’ as they are ‘very busy’ and won’t connect me.  

Is this a common adjustment? Anybody know why?

Who applied the charge, as it would be best to speak to them , as to why they have submitted as £1.80 rather than £1.79 

 

If it was VM or o2 then if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
