I was mislead by O2, see comments.

Good afternoon.

I was mislead too.

My wife had a pay as you go sim and when we call to get the PAC code they offered us a deal.

£10 = unilimited minutes, unlimited text and 2gb. It's perfect for her.

After they finished with her I did ask if I change to O2 they would give me the same.

They girl on the other said they would. I changed straight away. When I got the sim card today and call to transfer the number they told me that my package is different. I had much less things.

I did ask to get the record of the phone call and they said they did NOT recorded that phonecall.

Is it true???

What should I do as I want what I was offered?

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous You could always make a complaint http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Hard to prove though if you have no evidence of what was actually said

Was it a PAYG or contact deal you were offered?

I did think all the calls were recorded.

That's bad...

I'll file a complaint.

Thanks

Contract...

I called today to give them my PAC code.

I did ask today to confirm my new contract and the guys said something totally different.

That's a great deal and no wonder they are now backtracking. Just send the sim back and cancel.

My wife got the deal.

They lied to get another contract.

They can say whatever they want as the call are not always recorded.

If I new it before I would record it myself.

You would have to ask the advisors permission first before recording the call
