I'm aware that you cannot claim until 30 days after your purchase, but has anyone reported the issue they have with the captcha on the site? Is this the correct place to place such an issue?
I'm sure this will cause issues for people when they decide to start claiming.

Any feedback on my previous posts?
Still can not claim online. the Submit button does not work in Chrome nor Explorer browsers.
This is over a month now.
Is there any other way of claiming besides the redemtion website?
Please advise

Submitted my claim on the 17th, filled a support request on the 21st. Got a reply saying they were looking into it and heard nothing since.
This is a joke, is there anywhere I can make a formal complaint? Else it's off to the ombudsman
