Normally I don't complain, but recently I have experienced the worst customer service with O2.
I don't understand what is going wrong with this people, but it looks like than don't care for the customer.
I will give you one example, I was begging the lady from customer service to change just the address in my account, and she was saying to me 'you have to do a request in advance of 30 days', 'My computer has cliched, I can't do it right now. What on hell is going wrong with these people?
And in the end I ended up, cancelling my contract, and buying a new one. Totally useless.
Sorry O2, you are going to lose more and more customer.

And you can change your address in MyO2. But they could have done it
Customer services are going downhill at a rate of knots.
