Hi. I have seen other posts with this issue but I have tried everything and have had several open tickets with no resolution. All incoming calls are labelled ' Private' or 'Unknown' Number. Been 6 months since I ported to O2. I desperately need this issue resolving as have no way of knowing who is calling me or calling them back.

You need O2 to add the CLI Presentation bolt on.

If the advice above fails to fix this then there is only one definitive way to fix this issue and that is for customer service to completely rebuild your account which involves the account being disconnected and reconnected to the O2 network
You must insist this is done as most customer service advisers these days don't know their ass from their elbows.
