I contacted 02 to pay off my device plan and reluctantly inform ghem that I would be moving to a SIM only contract with another provider. ( bundled with our TV and broadband provider) . When the agent asked what deal I was being given, she was not only able to match it, she was able to offer more than their competitor. As a very long standing customer of 02,I was relieved not to have to leave. I've always received great service and excellent in store customer care. I cant remember the lovely girls name, but I'm sure my call is recorded somewhere for them to check😊. I'm staying with 02 !
