Free texts via website

I can't send free texts anymore. I have changed my mobile & re-registered, but when I try to send a free text on the computer, I get a message saying that "there is an internal fault, please try later".
This has been going on for a couple of weeks.
I have registered again. Same result!

Thanks Steve, but I'm not on o2, so it doesn't work!( the 20 free texts)
I never had any bother with the (few) texts I sent, but since I changed my phone & re-registered, I can't get the free texts to work at all.
"internal fault, please try later" or something like that. There's no "contact us" on the site, to email my problem.
I'll try again now, to see if the "infernal fault" has disappeared.

Same fault message appears, but I've found an email link to customer services!

Did you register yourself on the website? In my experience this never works as O2 creates an online account for every sim it sends out and if you register yourself it just causes a conflict.

Yes I registered (twice)
I'm not an o2 customer though it's always worked in the past.
