Fitbit error message 'post code invalid'

Anonymous
Not applicable

trying to claim my free fitbit. After I type in my IMEI (it says im eligible) and select a size, I enter my shipping details and after clicking 'confirm my order' it comes up with a 'post code is invalid' message!

I have tried typing it differently (spaces, upper case, lower case etc...) but still no luck? web chat wasn't of much assistance. anyone else having this issue?

Hi guys,

I'm aware some of you may have had trouble claiming your Fitbit as part of the current promotion. I'd like to confirm the correct website to claim this on is https://www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk/ - you'll need your phone IMEI number handy. If you have any further issues claiming, please let me know via PM.
