O2 is not a bad network but the coverage in my area has got worse because I get not connected to network when I try to download an update and a lot of the when I am on a video call on Facebook messenger a lot of the I loss connection because my coverage is weak and my coverage has never been this bad before but part from that I have not had any other problems with o2.

If you are in an oversubscribed 4G area, try switching your phone down to 3G - it can improve the download speed of a busy mast quite appreciably, @Luke30.

But if your signal has got worse because of development work, or trees blocking the signal, then the only thing to do is reach out to O2 via Social Media, links below, and make them aware of the issue with your local mast. I have shared with you the link for the O2 My Network app ( https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network ), if you register in the app and set it up to monitor your local mast, you may find O2 actually begin work to improve the signal near you.
