How do the team act on fake accounts?? A Question for Leonard / Abs

As I cannot believe the Ceo has an account here and posting o2 business email addresses in the open forum.

I don't think we should start commenting on the identity behind any accounts, including this one. Because I don't want to single out accounts, I've removed the link to the specific profile.

Whenever you report something, it is always looked into and actioned accordingly.

i believe it maybe a fake as such a high ranking person wouldnt have time to come here & wouldnt breach rules as per adam said

Breaking my silence it is a genuine account and post As I emailed the address in the thread amd had confirmation this morning from Stephen.

Yet it is a violation of the t&c and the user it was aimed at should have had it by pm.

All It needed was yes it is a real account yesterday
