Hi I've managed to delete my email address of my phone and can't remember my password either been trying all night can some one help me who do I contact to tell them I've got a new email account thank you

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to change this for you on your account.
Have you gone to your current email provider at all and asked them if they can reset your password on the account as well ?

If your on android I.e Samsung have you looked in the Samsung Pass folder ? It maybe saved in there
