Contacting customer support and trying to resolve any sort of issue with O2 is just infuriating.

Mostly automated replies, human advisors either don't care or are completely clueless.

Complaints team don't reply to letters, or emails other than the standard wee will reply within 7 days. I'm still waiting 10 weeks later

(7 phone calls , 5 emails, two store visits and two recorded delivery letters am I'm no further along)

Suffice to say I've had enough, escalated it to the ombudsman and commencing a claim with the small court

Could have been easily resolved in a 10 min phone conversation or email If they had been interested

Can be grim, but to be honest on the rare occasion I have had no problems.

I'm afraid that as this is a customer to customer forum no one from O2 will read your post.

Best of luck with your move

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
