Detailed billing missing from account

Since I changed tariff in April the day after my April bill all the detailed billing ie calls made, texts sent and breakdown of data access is missing. This has also disappeared from the meagre billing history  I had since after being migrated to the new system  in January I was  unable to access any billing online for previous months prior to migration. Anyone else noticed the change after a tariff upgrade ?

I've just upgraded 2 contract sim only via uSwitch (actually a downgrade in terms of cost, and all past usage and billing information is still there

However I've not yet been changed to the 360 system....thankfully!

I'm on 360 and I can download up to 6 months previous from the Web Version. But just viewing them rather than downloading I only get a sumary 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Strangely this morning 17/05/2023 the bills can be viewed and downloaded in pdf form with all the data available using my web browser. I wonder what other gremlins are lurking with 360. I contacted customer service regarding this and another issue and they were unable to access customer accounts due to a software upgrade . Shame that O2 fail to communicate that there are problems and not wasting  our time in a queue with no assistance being possible.
