Can I ask why “next day delivery” (if placing an order before midnight) isn’t happening? Placed an order last night - just had an email with an expected delivery date of the 20th!

Now if it’s Covid related etc etc etc - fine, but update the “next day delivery” with a reason why there will be a delay to at least inform!!!

Usually due to no stock.

O2'S system isn't live so devices can show in stock when they aren't.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
