Data usage

Hi
This isn't a moan, just a highlight of the crazy logic you guys work to.
I have 3GB of data per month - far too much for me. However I'm not allowed to reduce the data, only increase it. Ok, sort of understandable so far. However, I can pay off my handset and cancel my contract, which would allow me to start a new contract with a package that suits me - so decision time, or so I thought.
What this has actually done is force me to look at sim only deals elsewhere, and I find I can get a better package (with 4GB!!) much cheaper, so much cheaper that it actually covers the cost of my handset.
So, just wanted to say thanks O2, you have saved me a bundle of money and all you had to do is lose me as a customer.
CRAZY 😜 😝

Well done 👍
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I was looking for a sim only deal last week and I found a good one to suit my needs but it wasn't with O2!
