DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE SO FAR A NEW CUSTOMER

i am really disappointed with the service so far  from 02. being put on hold for almost an hour and  be pass from  one department to the next , that does not show the level of  customer service i once knew . i am amazed by  this  and will not recommend any one  to through with this service.  if 02 wish to discuss this my number

No one from o2 will contact you from o2 as this is a customer to customer forum.. 


All we can recommend is hang up and call again.. and Like all companies no one wants to work in Customer Service due to the great unwashed who swear and scream at them, so it gets outsourced to South Africa or India... 

However as you have posted your phone number on a PUBLIC  forum, expect phone calls and texts from spammers and scammers for which you are liable if they do scam or spam you.

The Customer Service at O2 is on a par with that of the other three UK networks.

Unfortunately, if you want to avoid mediocre Customer Service, the only answer is not to have a mobile 'phone !

Not really a valid excuse for being **** though, is it?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
